With the growing success of the Montpellier brand, we have used customer and consumer feedback to help us improve our After-Sales Service.

From 1st October 2018, you will see vast improvements to the service we offer, making hold times shorter, repairs faster and freeing up precious time for you to focus on what’s really important.

Our products offer years of reliability and functionality, but on the rare occasion something goes wrong, we want you to be confident that your issue will be dealt with expertly. We are constantly looking for routes to improve and have now made in-roads to give you an entirely different support service. Our new approved service partner Minerva are here to support you with any product issues you may have, quickly and effectively.
