We have recently identified a variability in our production of built-in tumble dryers that, on a rare occasion, can generate an internal short circuit to occur.

In certain circumstances and under certain conditions, this short circuit may result in the machine igniting.

We at Montpellier take consumer safety as our paramount concern, we want to ensure that we reduce safety risks to a minimum.

To rectify the issue, we need to arrange for an engineer to carry out an in-home modification to ensure the dryer remains safe to use.
